Responsibilities:
Work with the Technical Lead on multi-million dollar projects related to software solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team to deliver on-time requirements to customers.
Work in a team environment focused on delivering quality COTS.
Participate in SDLC reviews including design and development details of COTS solutions.

Requirements:
Two to four years of experience in programming.
B.S. in computer science or related field.
Demonstrated work experience in team work settings.
Demonstrated programming understanding of C++, COM C++, C#, VB.NET.
Understanding the following programming tools: VS 2005, MS Visio, UML.

Recommended Qualifications:
Understanding of Java, Windows batch script, and/or Python.
Competency with Oracle 9i/10g (Spatial), SQL Server, MySQL, and/or Access.
Experience programming in an ESRI software environment.
Exposure to development processes (ISO 9001-2000, IEEE).
