YOU: * At least 3-4 years consumer web development experience with an OO language. * B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science or similar. * Experience with Ruby on Rails a necessity. * Working knowledge of at least one other server-side programming language: Perl / PHP / Java. * Solid database fundamentals including MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. * Like to work on Ikea furniture * Have passion to design, build, test, and polish great, simple, fun web applications.
