A full-time Technology Director is needed to oversee development of a new Rails application. Qualified applicants should be familiar with getting a large scale Rails deployment out the door — both in terms of software, and hardware. Previous management experience is a definite plus.
You will be responsible for managing three to four developers, while contributing code yourself. You will have the opportunity to help design and implement a production environment as well.
