Experience Leads play a critical role at HUGE. They are the nerve center of our development methodology and take a large share of responsibility for the success of the product or website. The Experience Lead’s mission is to deliver both power and pleasure to end users. This involves taking a leadership role in key stages of research, product definition, and design. In addition, Experience Leads mentor Interaction Designers and other team members, helping to evolve the HUGE way of working over time.

The HUGE process starts with development of the product’s conceptual model–understanding exactly who the users are and describing and ranking their goals and behaviors. Every project at HUGE includes substantial time for research and experimentation, phases that are conducted mainly by interaction designers.
