Executive Integrated Producer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, CO

CP+B is seeking a highly knowledgeable and innovative executive integrated producer, with an interactive focus, who knows how to make it happen. Someone who is driven to create and manage best-in-the-industry interactive content and experiences, mentor and direct teams of producers, oversee account operations and production standards, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creatives, and be passionate about the space from Web to gaming and mobile to film. This person must be creative, solutions-driven, and organized, to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time in an extremely fast-paced environment. Industry expertise at a recognized agency or client-side experience is a must.

Key tasks include planning projects (goals, budgets, schedules, and scopes), overseeing the development of interactive projects, managing processes and resources, and participating in the strategic development of brands; however, in order to succeed in this position, this person should have working knowledge of live-action shoots, talent issues, and licensing technologies. The candidate needs to maintain respectful, strong working relationships with internal teams (account managers, developers, and creatives) as well as external partners and development vendors. In order to best communicate with vendors and staff, the candidate must be proficient in such Web technologies as Flash, HTML, Java, Ajax, FTP, server setups, and video compression. He or she should have an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of such graphics programs as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Freehand, and he or she should be fluent in such project management programs as Visio, MS Project, Fastrack, and PMX. Also, the candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills. Project documentation samples are required (SOW, Project Plan, and Resource Plans).

The candidate must have 8–12 years of experience and be capable of leading large-scale integrated and interactive projects and teams on national accounts, and he or she should be an award recipient. He or she should expect to juggle multiple projects and clients and should have a desire to create the best interactive experiences in the world. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
