EWG seeks a detail-oriented, problem-solving, deadline-driven applications programmer/server admin to assist with development of EWG web properties, & to maintain and optimize its web and mail servers. If you’re a wizard and can fill both of these roles already, great, but we also want to hear from candidates who can learn what they don’t already know. / THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: *Intimate knowledge of HTML, PHP, & Javascript. *Knowledge of Mac OS X Server and Client, Apache, & MySQL administration. *Experience building Drupal-based websites or an aptitude to learn. *Familiarity with modern Javascript, particularly jQuery. *Interest in environmental issues. / WOULD LOVE: *Experience developing custom Drupal modules. *A history working on and with Macs. *Knowledge of open source solutions. *Experience working with CSS and web accessibility issues, various Google APIs, & SMS text queries to online databases. *Basic knowledge of MovableType. / COMPENSATION: $50,000-$70,000
