Element Fusion is seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our creative team. Founded in 1999, Element Fusion has consistently ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in the Oklahoma City Metro area. Our growth has taken off to an international level behind our strong line of web products, custom design, and Internet marketing services.
Under the direction of the creative director, the Web Designer designer works directly with clients to deliver high-end visual design, standards-compliant XHTML/CSS, great customer service, and engaging web experiences. You’ll be building premium websites powered by our web-based content management system as you take a project from concept to design to fully executed XHTML/CSS.
The ideal candidate has:
- An amazing portfolio of previous work demonstrating excellent visual design
- The ability to work on multiple projects and meet frequent deadlines
- A craftsman’s eye and strong attention to detail
- The ability to learn and apply new concepts and techniques
- The ability to execute designs in semantic, standards compliant XHTML/CSS
- A solid understanding of web standards and browser compatibility
- A great attitude and a high degree of integrity
- The ability to work directly with clients to turn their business needs into smart and beautiful websites
- An understanding of web-based content management systems (page building, template creation)
Experience with Adobe Flash, ActionScript, JavaScript, or other dynamic languages such as ASP, ASP.NET or PHP is a plus
