Position Overview:
LinkExperts is looking for an outstanding Editorial Quality Analyst (A.K.A. Quality Czar to support our efforts in continuing to improve the quality of our service. The position reports directly to the CEO and the ideal candidate has strong editorial skills, familiar with the basics of building a webpage, and has strong qualitative and quantitative decision making skills. Candidates would be responsible for a broad range of activities, including developing and refining quality guidelines, enforcing those guidelines, approving and rejecting customers and partners, and contributing to the product development process.
This person will work at the NYC headquarters and will play a key role in the sales and client services process to ensure customers and prospects have a consistent, high quality experience with the LinkExperts offering.
Specific Responsibilities:
The Quality Czar will:
• Review current publisher inventory to ensure relevance with customer campaigns
• Establish and formalize quality standards
• Play a critical role in the approval process for any customer campaign
• Establish repeatable process to scale the quality function to support company growth
• Create and lead training programs for all employees
• Evangelize quality and best-practices throughout the entirety of the organization
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong editorial skills
• A basic understanding of how to build a webpage from scratch
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative decision making skills interaction with clients and prospects
• The ability to interact across functional areas and hold people accountable to strict quality guidelines
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree
