with our product team to define/develop our
site with a focus on our front and mid tier. The right candidate
has a desire to be a driving force behind a stellar user
experience, pixel perfect implementations, a mastery of
XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax and anything else it
takes to build a great product.

- Expert level XHTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax, including the ability
to hand code standards compliant markup
- Knowledge of cross browser incompatibilities
- Experience in optimization of page design, templates and layout
- Understanding of MVC
- A belief you CAN program in JavaScript
- Experience with third party JavaScript libraries, Firebug, YSlow,etc
