Develop proposals
Manage project budgets
Create & maintain project schedules
Assure team communication
Lead & supervise project teams
Liaise between client services & project teams
Maintain client contact, lead client meetings
Review projects for quality assurance purposes
Conduct internal & client reviews
Mentor production managers & production
Contribute to a professional, creative & fun environment
Conduct end of project debriefs & financial reconciliations

Interactive Agency Experience
