User Generated Content (UGC) is exploding, and not just within social networks. Just look at the growth of UGC in virtually all content-rich sites: from product reviews to job postings, from user-designed merchandise to photo-hosting sites. Keibi was founded to harness the UGC phenomenon by providing solutions to help communities and media discover and optimize the value inherent in their UGC. By providing increased visibility, our customers can discover exceptional users and content, moderate abusers, and offer brand advertisers a superior experience.

We are looking for a demand generation guru who brings hands-on, outbound marketing expertise in both traditional and new (ie: web 2.0) B2B models for building the sales pipeline. This individual will work directly with the VP of Marketing to create our outbound marketing strategy, and then take ownership for its execution and results. This is a new position and an opportunity for an individual who enjoys hands on implementation and execution of their strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of demand generation for Keibi, including Marketing Programs, Public Relations, and Field Marketing (Tradeshows, Customer & Prospect events, etc).
- Own and deliver the pipeline number (dollars and opportunities) required to support Keibi’s sales targets.
- Prioritize and set consistent strategic direction and strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and internal and external communications.
- Drive development and execution of marketing plans.
- Develop and implement both traditional (ie: email, webseminar, advertising) and new (ie: blogging, podcasts, viral, SEM, SEO) marketing programs to drive pipeline growth.
- Build and ensure the ongoing integrity, relevance, and segmentation of our marketing database.
- Manage all aspects of our website to continually improve conversion.
- Manage Public Relations Effort to drive pipeline growth.
- Manage Event and Trade Show participation to drive pipeline growth.
- Evaluate ROI of marketing tactics, campaigns and channels, manage expenses to a budget.
- Work closely with product marketing and inside sales to ensure coordination of efforts.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
- 5-8+ years experience in marketing program management with major B2B technology brands, preferably those targeting online media. 1-2+ years small company / start-up experience.
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and executing on multi-tactic customer acquisition and lead nurturing programs that drive results.
- Hands-on experience managing event participation and public relations.
- Experience shaping research and analysis of current and target customers.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including both marketing copy and analytical writing (writing samples required).
- Strong analytical skills – understands the importance of measurement and reporting.
- Understanding of digital marketing, including the search, internet and online advertising market.
- Understanding of Keibi’s strategic and competitive position.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation tools (Eloqua, etc.) highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the interactive advertising ecosystem is a plus.
