Ideal candidate:
- Adept with CSS, PHP, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript
- Experienced with Ruby on Rails and MySQL
- Understands object-oriented programming
- Is an engineer who appreciates good visual and interaction design (i.e., you are both left- and right-brained)
- Thrives in a start-up environment and wearing more than one hat
- Is into pixel perfection
