crowdSPRING is looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for the job and innovation, a thirst for growth and the desire to advance with a young, creative company. We are developing a unique global online marketplace for creative services to launch in the 1st quarter of 2008. Our platform is LAMP. You will participate in the overall product development lifecycle and be a key part of a team focused on growing and managing the technology platform. We are looking for 3-5 years experience developing open source applications, including the LAMP platform; experience with high-volume high-availability scalable web applications; proficiency with MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, XHTML, XML, XSLT, AJAX, CSS; and familiarity with object-oriented programming theory, design and implementation. Experience with content management frameworks (i.e., eZ Publish, Drupal) and/or Pentaho a definite plus. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
