Growing Minneapolis web design firm is seeking an entry-level web designer to join our team. Candidate will gather client objectives, creating design concepts and assisting with project management. We’re a Mac-based shop.

Qualifications:
- Willingness to work downtown
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop
- Functional knowledge of XHTML and CSS
- Basic understanding of browser differences: IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari, etc.
- Experience optimizing designs for the web
- Strong communication skills: phone and interpersonal
- Must think Macs are great
