required experience:
* great website design skills
* tools for graphics production (photoshop etc.)
* solid understanding of XHTML, CSS, and web design standards
* ability to work independently and in a team
The following experience is a plus:
* ability to translate design into structured (X)HTML and CSS
* Javascript/CSS menu design, AJAX familiarity a big plus
* browser testing & design documentation
