Cook Medical is looking for a talented Flash Designer/Developer to create engaging Flash applications for use in e-learning, web sites, and trade show presentations.
Essential functions:
The optimal candidate can code ActionScript from ground up and take projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be able to translate business requirements into a strong visual design, clean/optimized code, and engaging user experiences.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in building dynamic, interactive Flash applications
Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash/Actionscript 2.0 experience
Experience integrating dynamic content into Flash via XML
Experience with Flash video encoding, video playback, and streaming a plus
Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Other design/web application experience a plus: Javascript/HTML, server-side programming, etc.
