What makes us unique is that our apps are built for brands—we create games and social engagements for users on behalf of companies like Ford, Microsoft, Kraft, Travel Channel, McDonalds, and over 30 others.
We’re looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to join our team of App Geniuses. You’ll get to:
- Work on a variety of projects lasting 4-8 weeks each
- Communicate directly with clients—ad agencies and brands
- Apply the latest in social features to build compelling apps
- Learn from an experienced crew that has built apps with millions of users
Requirements:
- Have worked with Ruby on Rails in a production capacity on a deployed app
- Have a background in Computer Science fundamentals
- Understand why User.find(:all) might be problematic
- Excellent communication skills (written and on calls)
Nice to Have:
- CS degree from a top tier school
- Experience scaling Rails to 1M+ users
- Experience working with external clients
- Design and/or Product Management experience
