Click Here is the interactive arm of The Richards Group, a privately held advertising agency in Dallas, TX. We are currently seeking a passionate Web Developer (Geek!). The candidate chosen will work alongside more senior-level peers as well as less-experienced staff. The candidate should be well versed or at least familiar with the following technologies: Ruby on Rails, XHTML/CSS, AJAX, MySQL/SQL Server (or other database platforms), Apache, Mongrel and Capistrano. Experience with server configuration and architecture as well as Java, .NET and other mainstream web development technologies also a plus.
