Strong experience in the following:
Developing database backed applications.
High traffic web site optimization including caching, database optimization, and proxying.
HTML, XHTML, CSS and Javascript (prototype or jquery preferred).
Pluses:
Experience with SVN/GIT or similar version control systems.
Unix/Linux experience.
Working with third-party API systems.
