Card Player Media is the leading poker media company in this booming industry. We have been established for 20 years and are growing rapidly. Due to this growth we are seeking an experienced site designer and builder to add to our team. We are looking for an individual who has a good eye for design. This individual needs to be a team player and possess a passion for web site development. We are looking for someone who has strong skills in coordinating projects with design production tasks and be able to manage content placement and queing for marketing newsletters. Candidate must be creative, motivated, versatile and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment!
- Extensive experience creating cross-browser compatible & standards-complaint CSS based page layouts
- Knowlege of browser stands & cross-browser issues
- Experience with all aspects of web graphics production
- User experience design/human factors experience a plus
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, AJAS and Rails
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Flash-Action Scripting knowlege a plus
- Ability to work simultaneoulsy on multiple tasks, with attention to detail & follow-up
- Ability to work independently and quickly
