We are currently looking for a Software Developer, who has strong programming, preferable in a heavy transactional multi-tiered environment. In this position you will:
- Analyze, design, and develop code for all application tiers.
- Code, test, debug, and documents programs on large-scale, complex projects.
- Revise and update programs and create documentation as required.
- Mentor other developers in technical areas and site modules and to continually enhance the knowledge-base of your team as it relates to Web-based technologies, Software Development Process, and company standards and practices.

· 2-7 years of application development experience in a Microsoft Environment
· 2+ years of development experience in C#
· Experience in SQL-Server with stored procedures and triggers.
· Experience programming in an Object-Oriented environment
· Full Project Lifecycle experience
· Financial experience is a plus
· Experience in the following technologies is also desired: XML and Javascript
· Knowledge of UML, RUP or similar design languages/methodologies is a plus
· BA or BS required or equivalent related work experience
