CSG Systems is a dynamic and growing company of experienced professionals that provides Operations Support Systems (OSS) Management solutions for communications and entertainment service providers. We design, develop, and run our software in an ASP/Service Bureau model, and enable our clients to efficiently provide video, voice, broadband, and mobile services to nearly 50 million American subscribers.

Our products are being built on the .NET platform using C#, Web Services, and the Scrum development methodology. Our ‘soup to nuts’ solutions include highly scalable and customizable Revenue Management, Order Management, Subscriber Management, and Trouble Management systems, which work together in a variety of configurations. These systems are enabling our clients to offer ‘bundled’ services to their subscribers, such as local and/or long distance telephone, high speed internet, and satellite or cable TV, while managing all aspects of their service offerings and billing streams.
We are also in the midst of creating the next generation CGS Systems product suite. It is being built in close collaboration with our clients to make sure it will provide the functionality and flexibility they need to compete in an aggressive and ever-changing marketplace.

At CSG Systems we are seeking people who possess both strong technical and academic backgrounds to help us create our software solutions. This is an essential part of our hiring profile. In developing our software, we are dealing with all of the intricacies of the ‘integration challenge’ and need people who have relevant real-world and academic experience to be able to understand and resolve these issues. We also provide a great deal of training and need to be sure that everyone will be able to pick up new concepts quickly to benefit everyone in their group.
We are seeking people who are creative, self-motivated, with a passion for technology who can work effectively without being micro-managed. They must also be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. Our teams are working on highly complex problems, making it vitally important that people be able to express themselves clearly and without reservation.
