What you will do:
Design and implement enterprise Document Control across diverse applications and file formats, including Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader, and CAD files to persistently control access to and usage of electronic information throughout its lifecycle; Analyze new requirements, lead and/or contribute to design efforts, derive complete work breakdown structures and provide accurate effort assessments and delivery estimates ; Troubleshoot code defects, and implement and deploy timely fixes ; Participate productively in design and code reviews
What you need to bring:
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, and strong design, coding, problem-solving skills, and must excel at collaborating with a small set of other talented people. Candidates must also have a proven track record of meeting milestones and demonstrating initiative.
Skills:
3-8+ years rock solid OO C++ experience using advanced techniques, design patterns, and language features
Solid Win32 API experience
Strong critical thinking and problem solving
Demonstrated success shipping high quality enterprise-ready software
Ability to self-manage to high productivity and apply judgment when faced with multiple priorities
Strong passion for (and method of) learning new technologies
Experience working in a Agile/Scrum project management environment would be nice too.
