All-Rounds Inc. , a San Francisco bay area start-up company, provides the Private Capital Management System (PCMS), an on-demand system for Institutional Investors, Individual Investors, Portfolio Companies and Exchanges (such as Angel Networks) in the private capital markets.
• For Investors , PCMS provides deal flow management, fund management, portfolio management, investor management, portfolio analytics , capitalization analytics, liquidity analytics and primary and secondary trading.
• For Portfolio companies, PCMS provides dilution analytics, capitalization management, investor management, document management and deal syndication.
• For Exchanges, PCMS provides deal flow management, market analytics, accreditation of Investors and Companies and workflow capabilities.
• All-Rounds was founded by a serial entrepreneur one of whose prior companies was purchased by Adobe. The company is currently looking for a business development professional to accelerate the various direct and indirect sales channels that represent over 30,000+ institutional investors, 10M+ High Net Worth individuals and 10M+ private companies. The PCMS system is integrated to allow flow of information, workflow and transactional data amongst the Institutional Investors, Individual Investors, Exchanges and private companies.
Job Description
All-Rounds is currently looking for a business development manager to grow the direct and indirect sales/channel opportunities for its on-demand service, the Private Capital Management System, which include:
• Institutional Investors (venture capitalist, private equity funds, buyout funds, alternative assets funds), limited partners, fund of funds
• Portfolio companies looking for capital and managing their finances and investors
• High net worth individuals who participate with Angel Networks and participate in deal flow
• Regional exchanges that sponsor private capital markets for emerging companies looking for capital
• Accounting Firms, Law Firms and Investment banks that provide funding services and capitalization management for companies that would use the capabilities of the PCMS system to acquire and retain new private company clients.
The successful candidate will have experience of raising private equity or debt and will be responsible for proactively sourcing and expanding existing direct relationships and indirect partner relationships. The responsibilities include selling PCMS on-demand to the various end user customers and managing those relationship and meeting internal revenue goals. AllRounds has developed a next generation private capital services company with a team that has a track record of successful exits.
Requirements
Ideal candidates for this position will have three or more years of customer-facing sales experience with a track record in sales and client relationship management. Candidates with intimate knowledge of the private capital marketplace and prior financial software sales experience are highly desired. Strong leadership skills, excellent long-range planning skills, and effective organization and time-management skills are all essential for success in this role. A minimum of a bachelor`s degree is required for this position.
