WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A talented, creative individual who knows how to design high-end work for clients with high standards and expectations. Preferably we would like you to be a capable print and web designer, but if you are very strong in only one of these areas we will still give you consideration. Quality design skills are a must though, and the portfolio that proves it. Position will be hourly at first but we want someone who will eventually become a salaried member of the team if it is the right fit.
DUTIES
The ideal candidate would be able to handle work in the following categories: print design and production, advertising conceptualization and execution, brand identity continuity and execution and packaging design on the print side and flash, web design, light front-end development and motion graphics on the web end. You will wear as many hats as you can fit on your head and be as heavily involved in major creative projects as your capability allows.
REQUIREMENTS
Skillset: Must demonstrate a superior level of creativity and design sensibility. You will be using Photoshop and Illustrator extensively so a strong working knowledge of these is key. We work on a wide variety of projects but there is always a good deal of web work going on so any Flash, HTML or CSS experience is heavily favored. AfterEffects and any 3D software experience is a bonus.
Personality: Must have a good, positive attitude and work well with others. You should be motivated, eager to learn and show initiative. You need to be versatile, learn quickly, have original ideas, be willing to have them shot down, take it in stride and come back with more.
Experience: Fresh out of school hasnt really worked out for us so you will probably need to have a couple years of working on real projects under your belt in order to make the grade unless youre really good.

COMPENSATION
This is an on-site position, preferably full time, pay scale to be determined based upon talent and skill level. Please provide pay rate requirements.
LOCATION
This is an on-site position. If you are unable to show up physically at our Burbank office on a daily basis you will not receive consideration.
