Who you are:
- You have a strange, maybe a little unnatural, affection for Ruby on Rails. You even know about the latest gems, plugins, and goings on in the Internets about Ruby and Rails.
- You are energetic, opinionated, and creative … all tempered with a liberal dose of pragmatism.
- You have strong XHTML/CSS skills.
- You have solid Javascript skills and are comfortable with Prototype, Low Pro, and script.aculo.us.
- You have at least 6 months experience working on real Rails apps.
- You know how to pronounce "nginx".
- You enjoy regularly being called "the talent".
- You live within a 45 minute drive of Framingham, MA
