We’re looking to recruit a web developer with leadership experience or potential. You should be enthusiastic and technically solid with some experience of web technologies, but ability to learn quickly is the most important attribute. We currently use .Net / C# in an ajax configuration and are currently migrating to Ext javascript framework, Monorail, Active Record /NHibernate and C# 3.0. We also have an interest in agile practices particularly TDD and Scrum. We are a tight knit team of 10 with an informal but fast-paced and hard working culture. Out developers are supplied with the best tools (fast machines, twin monitros, Resharper etc.) to facilitate maximum achievement potential and benefit to the company. We also believe in facilitating CPD (Continuous professional development) and regularly sponsor team memebers to go on courses and conferences and we all actively participate in local developer user groups.
