Expert knowledge developing with object oriented PHP and MySQL.
Experience with MVC frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Proven problem solving and functional design skills.
Experience with the LAMP stack, shell scripting, etc.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to best practices and quality products.
A curiosity that drives continuous learning.
Leadership capability.
Experience with XHTML/CSS, AJAX, Web 2.0, e-commerce, content management systems, user centered design, intranet/extranet development, Flash, and/or Linux knowledge is a plus.
