BizUnite is a well-funded start-up company based in Manchester, New Hampshire. In this role, you’ll have a crucial and immediate impact in developing BizUnite, the only independent business platform that gives Davids "Goliath clout" while allowing them to maintain their unique identity and independence. The platform is chock full of web social media tools such as wikis, discussions, tagging, ratings, and social networking to unite independent businesses.
BizUnite is looking for a Web Developer with web social media experience. Applicants must have:
• A great sense of humor and work well with others
• 4-6 years in web development that includes mastery of Java, WebWork, MySQL, and JavaScript (Like you downloaded the O’Reily manuals into your head)
• Must understand server interface languages such as XML, SOAP, RSS, REST
Pluses include knowledge of independent business challenges, free style walking, Sudoku, skiing, random trivia, death metal, hiking, movie quotes, sports (and/or gaming), history and jazz flute.
Salary is based on ability to meet above qualifications, years of experience and fit. The position does require travel to our open collaborative office space in Manchester, NH but we also encourage remote work.
