The best candidate possesses:
⢠Desire to work in a collaborative environment with other creatives, developers, and information architects
⢠Excellent prototyping skills and the ability to convincingly convey ideas contained in them
⢠Passion for translating business objectives and technological scope into tangible, functional designs, with a user-centered perspective
⢠Experience working in a small, agile development team
⢠Enjoyment working in fluid and dynamic environment
Requirements:
⢠Demonstrable experience designing brand and information-rich web sites
⢠Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML/CSS
⢠Thorough understanding of capabilities and limitations of latest web technologies (HTML, AJAX, Flash, CSS)
⢠Impeccable ability to create and articulate interaction designs from wire frames to finished designs
