You’ll be joining a small team of customer-focused product designers and engineers to design an engaging and delightful user experience. Big Tent increases social value by providing online technology that makes it easy for everyone to participate in their communities.
An ideal candidate will have worked on or have thought deeply about online communities: how to encourage participation, provide mutual support and build trust. In addition, s/he understands how to leverage modern browser technologies in designing fluid user interactions.
