Web 2.0 Developer:
- 5+ years experience in design and development; Proven experience building scalable web sites / web services from the ground up
- Fluent in client side technologies – Ajax, Javascript, Adobe Flex, CSS, XHTML, experience with UI libraries such YUI, Prototype, scriptacoulus is a plus
- Highly experienced in server side technologies – Rails, Java MVC frameworks (spring/struts and hibernate)
- Strong familiarity with MySQL, Data Modeling a plus
- Graphic design skills are a big plus (Gimp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
- Solid Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design and programming (OOA/OOD/OOP)
- Agile development
