nTelagent is looking for a couple Application Developers to join our team. We’re a small company with a rapidly growing backlog of feature additions to our core application and are looking for someone with enough experience to hit the ground running.
Qualified candidates must have proven experience with Classic ASP, VBScript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, and SQL Server (2005 preferred).
Experience with XML, ASP.NET, AJAX and Visual Basic 6 a plus
(Yes, we’re still using classic ASP - a .net overhaul is in the future but a ways off)
Position Overview:
Writing and documenting all code, web content and applications as required.
Participate in requirements analysis and design meetings.
Responsible for technical designs, coding, unit testing, build delivery.
Maintains up-to-date documentation on systems and operations.
Maintain existing code and develop new features and functionality as required by our clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must exhibit strong programming skills and creative development solutions.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
Team player with desire and ability to collaborate, share ideas and get along well with others.
Strong "can do" attitude.

We’re based in Franklin, TN (just outside Nashville), though the position is telecommute.
Occasional travel may be necessary (some introductory time with current developers and major initiative (multi-developer) design sessions)
