Ever bought a couch, a painting, a carpet, or a blender? Ever stayed up late reorganizing your home? It can be hard. It can become obsessive. ApartmentTherapy.com set out in 2004, with a stripped down Movable Type blog, to save the world, one room at a time. That original blog has since grown to a network of eight sites, collectively drawing nearly two million unique visitors each month. The sites have struck a chord, and the network is poised to get much bigger—and the underlying technology more sophisticated. It’s time to go from blogs to media company, and this requires a very smart, and very motivated lead engineer. Someone who knows LAMP, can troubleshoot Perl, and yet can also build a team and a platform to take the site to the next level. We’re a small, passionate team in the heart of SoHo, and we’re looking for our top geek. If you think you’re a fit, send word!
