Be part of a small team that is responsible for building dynamic web applications for scholarly publishing. Requirements: * Experience with full lifecycle development in Ruby, Python, Perl, or PHP. * Excellent object oriented design and implementation skills. * Strong unix skills (Linux/FreeBSD/Mac OS X preferred). * Experience building dynamic websites with MVC frameworks (Rails, Mason, Django, Zope, etc.). * Experience configuring web servers and deploying applications (Apache, lighttpd, Tomcat, etc.). * Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript. * Strong SQL skills (MySQL preferred). * Knowledge of test/behavior driven development and tools (Test::Unit, RSpec, JUnit, etc.). You must have excellent English communication skills, be a team player and be results oriented.
