You will be joining a bright and energetic team of engineers - we work hard and have fun doing it. Applicants should have at least 1 year of Ruby on Rails experience, preferably working on user-facing applications, and at least 3 years of web development experience. Applicants should be well-versed in using MySQL, Linux, and Capistrano, and should know HTML and CSS (JavaScript and Java applets a plus). Further breadth, such as experience using other languages (C#, ASP, PHP, J2EE), as well as depth, such as contributions to Rails (patches), plugins, gems, and an active role in the Rails community, are big pluses.
