Admin/Account Support for Digital Media/Marketing Company (San Francisco, CA)

Viewstream, a leading B2B digital marketing firm, is in need of a fearless office assistant. Our company is growing, and we are looking for someone to grow with us! The perfect candidate would be a creative and organized professional with the ability to take on multiple projects. Our office, nestled between the ballpark and South Park, is fast-paced and engaging, yet casual and fun.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

  • General office support
  • General accounting and bookkeeping data entry
  • Spreadsheet management
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Ordering supplies
  • Document filing
  • Running errands
  • Internet research
  • Special projects TBD

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through
  • Ability to type without looking at the keyboard and with two hands (no single-finger typists please!)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Interest in marketing and digital media a BIG plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • 1+ Years of QuickBooks experience
  • 2+ Years office management/support
  • Internet research

DETAILS

  • Pay rate: - per hour DOE – contract to hire
  • 20 hrs per week, days/times flexible
